This module will be all about installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
This is the second module for CSS, so make sure you've taken the Intro to CSS
course before proceeding here. You will learn how to disassemble and
assemble a computer, as well as install the operating system and
necessary program applications.

Tables are set according to the standards of the food service establishment. In cases where the menu is pre-arranged or fixed, covers are set correctly according to the predetermined menu. Tableware and glassware are wiped and polished before they are set up on the table. Cloth napkins are folded properly and laid on the table appropriately according to napkin folding style. Buffet or display tables are skirted properly taking into account symmetry, balance and harmony in size and design.
